Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Please email to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking # and provide you with the address to send your item and detailed instructions on what to include in your return shipment. The purchaser will be required to pay return postage.

Return Exceptions:

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include [liquid items and food items]. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


If your item is in new condition you may exchange your item with the exception of the items listed above.  The purchaser will be required to pay return postage on the item.
